I engaged ASOT to spruce up my mum's shower recess at her retirement village.
Ben arrived promptly on the booked in date, assessed the job and gave me a thorough explanation as to what needed to be done.
While he was there, I asked him if he would be able to do another small job for mum.  Even though he was very busy, he slotted her in.

Ben was contracted by myself to install an attic access ladder and put in some sheeting in the roof cavity to provide extra storage space. He talked me through the technical details of the roofing structure so I understood the work being completed. Ben also offered options to both improve the project, and save on cost. He was a professional from start to finish and took care of everything including the management of external tradesmen, such as painters and electricians, needed to see the project through. I rarely give 100% reviews because I truly feel there is always room for improvement. Ben is the exception.

We were in the process of purchasing a property and the initial Building and Pest inspection done by a local company identified some issues. We had 3 days before making a decision on the purchase offer due to the time lost in organising the inspection and other businesses failing to contact us or saying no due to other commitments. I found ASOT by chance on google and decided to give them a call as a last resort. At this stage, we had 2 days before deadline date. Ben was not only helpful over the phone in organising an inspection, but he changed his schedule to accomodate us on a short notice and on the day of the inspection, he identified issues that the other company had failed to detect and was so thorough that it made the other Building and Pest inspection report look amateur. Not only that, the quote that he provided was so detailed, clear and specific in regards to what each issue would cost to repair. This detailed inspection and quote helped us to negotiate the terms and price with the seller which went positive for us. I wish we had found ASOT before wasting time contacting other "highly rated" businesses as Ben and his team went above and beyond in helping us in short notice. I will 100% recommend Ben and the ASOT team to anyone looking for high quality property services.
