Founder of the ASOT Property Service team
Ben is a qualified bricklayer and carpenter with over 15 years of experience serving clients in the residential and commercial construction industries. After extensive and varied hands-on experience, Ben’s skill set is dynamic and agile. Committed to exceptional quality, he puts in the hard yards and hires knowledgeable professionals that do the same.
Enthusiastic and organised, Ben is proud of the repair, maintenance, and home improvement work he provides. At the end of a long project, his clients’ overjoyed reactions and kind words make it all worthwhile.

Ara is an architect with experience in residential and commercial projects, she has designed homes, developments, and renovated spaces.She is friendly, ambitious, reliable, and detail-oriented, excelling in visualizing clients’ ideas through realistic images, 3D models, and detailed drawings.
As our drafter/architectural designer, Ara creates precise technical drawings for construction, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective collaboration with architects and engineers. Her qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a certification in Graphic Design. Ara’s passion for design and dedication make her an invaluable member of our team.
