How can we clone Ben from ASOT Property Services???
I engaged ASOT to spruce up my mum's shower recess at her retirement village.
Ben arrived promptly on the booked in date, assessed the job and gave me a thorough explanation as to what needed to be done.
While he was there, I asked him if he would be able to do another small job for mum. Even though he was very busy, he slotted her in.
Each job was everything we asked for and more. I'll definitely be getting Ben back as his workmanship is schmick, professional and friendly.

Cannot recommend Ben highly enough, out of all the contractors I had spoken to he was the only one that was in a position to actually help me rather than finding reasons to charge me more money. Due to Ben's honesty and genuine want to help, I'll be employing his services for years to come.

Ben was contracted by myself to install an attic access ladder and put in some sheeting in the roof cavity to provide extra storage space. He talked me through the technical details of the roofing structure so I understood the work being completed. Ben also offered options to both improve the project, and save on cost. He was a professional from start to finish and took care of everything including the management of external tradesmen, such as painters and electricians, needed to see the project through. I rarely give 100% reviews because I truly feel there is always room for improvement. Ben is the exception.

Ben, is excellent. I’ve had a few things around the house done, from patching up walls/ceilings and painting (after changing of fixtures), door stoppers installed, and washers/bathroom showerhead replacement done. Excellent value, craftsmanship, attention to detail, very accommodating, friendly, approachable and reliable. Great communication and fast turn around on quotes to completing the job. Highly recommend.

Ben from ASOT has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. From the moment I reached out to him to get a number of issues fixed with my property, he has been very prompt with responding to emails, the quote was very reasonably priced, and he did a fantastic job with the repairs, completing the job not long after I initially contacted him. He even found and fixed a few other things around the house that I wasn't even aware were broken, for no extra charge.

Im a landlord and was interstate and needed some work done and a needed package picked up from Bunnings . Ben was prompt and easy to deal with and Tennants said he was great when repairs carried out. I will be using this great service again , dont even hesitate to use this service .

Ben is very responsive and easy to communicate. After I filled in the request form in web, he reached out within a day to explain to me the possible root causes of the leaking windows and arranged on-site assessment quickly. Ben provided me the options of solutions and I am so happy that he arranged his member (Cameron) came to fix the leaking window issues before their closing of Xmas holiday. Cameron paid attentions to details, explained to me the work he did.

Ben at ASOT Property did a great job repairing the rotted out pergola members at our house in the Kingston area.

Ben's team did a fantastic job replacing an old bank of 1960s letterboxes. They demolished the old, resurfaced the area with weed mat/pebbles and cemented in the new. The site was left clean and we were all really happy with the end result. Worth adding they tackled this on one of the hottest days of the year so a solid effort to get it all done. The frontage is now finished off nicely. Cheers Ben and ASOT Property Services for a job well done!
